Our company's chamber filter press plates are made from reinforced and modified PP raw materials. They are manufactured using a one-time molding process followed by post-processing to achieve acid, alkali, and temperature resistance. Specifications include center feed, top-middle feed, and corner feed. Each filter plate has 4-8 internal pressure-resistant support points, enhancing its compressive strength.
Advantages of chamber filter press filter plates:
1. Excellent high temperature and pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and sealing performance.
2. High-pressure filtration results in lower material moisture content.
3. Fast filtration speed and uniform filter cake washing.
4. Clear filtrate and high solids recovery rate.
5. Simple structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance and management.
Precautions for use:
① During use, chamber filter plates should not be pressurized with empty cavities (empty cavities refer to the filter chamber not being fully filled with material).
② If the filter press is not used for an extended period, the filter plates must be removed, cleaned, and placed horizontally or stacked horizontally to prevent deformation.
