Guangxi Jin Bang Tai Technology Co., Ltd. serves as the large-scale production and R&D base of You Bang Filter Press, comprising three major business divisions: You Bang Filter Press R&D & Manufacturing Center, Filter Media Division, and Flue Gas Dust Collection Division. Currently, the company employs 6 senior engineers and filtration system consultants, along with 60 intermediate technical personnel, placing its R&D strength among the top tier in China.

After years of development and refinement, You Bang has emerged as a leader in China’s filter press industry. Through extensive research, verification, and practical exploration, we have transformed the industry’s conventional model where users passively accept fixed filtration processes. Guided by customer needs, we implement point-to-point customized order production, ensuring each You Bang filter press features scientific configuration, rational design, and high efficiency—with strong user alignment and industry-specific adaptability.

Building on existing models and drawing on engineering mechanics principles, the new YB3.0 (2013 Version) offers significant advantages over the You Bang 2.0 series:

Optimized overall frame performance, including enhanced bending resistance, deformation resistance, and improved tensile/compressive strength with widened cross-sections.

The pure frame weight has increased by 1–3 tons compared to the 2.0 version, fulfilling the company’s commitment to manufacturing robust, reliable equipment.

Main frame beams are constructed from high-quality 500H bridge steel sections, reinforced with stiffeners and straightened. Compared to traditional plate beam structures, this design delivers significantly improved lateral bending resistance and downward load-bearing capacity, resulting in a more rational and stable frame.

Medium and large-sized filter presses adopt a dual-cylinder compression system, ensuring smoother operation and a substantially higher stability factor. The cylinders operate with low back pressure, and the hydraulic system—either fully enclosed or vertical oil supply—has been specifically designed and manufactured for dual-cylinder and large-scale filter presses, achieving a qualitative leap in hydraulic system stability.

The YB3.0 enhanced special model boasts a maximum feed pressure resistance of up to 3.0MPa.
